Academies United was created by Ryan Henry, a Canadian entrepreneur and lifelong fútbol player, with a simple goal, to give young players access to experiences that shape real development.
Ryan’s journey has taken his family through youth soccer in Canada, the street-driven intensity of Costa Rica, and into the club environments of Spain. Coaching and working across different levels gave him a clear view of where players grow, where they plateau, and what’s often missing between ambition and opportunity.
Now based in Spain and connected with local clubs and academies, Ryan and the team behind Academies United provide access to those same environments. The focus isn’t exposure for its own sake. It’s real challenge, honest comparison, and access to football environments that push players to improve.
