Team Program Overview

This program gives teams a real benchmark.

Teams step into Spanish fútbol where the tempo, tactics, and pressure feel immediately different.

Across a mini-tournament schedule of matches, combined with structured training and ongoing feedback, teams see how they adapt, organize and perform when the game speeds up.

Structured Training & Competition

Teams are hosted in partnership with Primer Toque, one of the top fútbol clubs in the Valencia region. Primer Toque competes regularly against clubs from Valencia CF, CD Castellón, and Villarreal CF, providing a clear benchmark for level and intensity.

Over 7–10 days, teams:

  • Train with Spanish coaches
  • Compete against real Spanish clubs playing at full tempo
  • Play at a faster tempo with higher decision-making demands
  • Receive structured team evaluation and feedback
  • Post-match video reviews with Spanish analysts

Each team leaves with a clear evaluation of:

  • How they perform against Spanish teams
  • Where their structure and decision-making break down
  • What must improve to compete at a higher level

Downtime is built into the schedule, including rest periods, time around the region, and the option to leave a day open for travel, recovery, or team bonding.

Travel & Logistics

The program is fully coordinated from arrival to departure so players and coaches can focus entirely on fútbol.
