The Player Immersion Experience changes that reference point.

Players step into one of the strongest fútbol club training environments at Primer Toque, recognized as one of the top development clubs in the Valencia region. Partnered with Valencia CF, Primer Toque competes regularly against leading clubs including CD Castellón and Villarreal CF.

Program Structure

Fútbol Club Training Experience

Players join age and level-appropriate training groups and take part in normal, in-season sessions. Training moves quickly, with limited time on the ball, tight spaces, and constant decisions. Technical ability, fitness, and speed all matter, but the focus is on reading the game and making the right choice under pressure.

Players train alongside club players as teams prepare for upcoming matches, following the same weekly structure and tactical approach used throughout the season, experiencing the rhythm and expectations of academy football.

Individual Coaching & Assessment

Each player completes two one-on-one sessions with a FIFA-licensed Spanish coach who has coached and played at high levels within the Spanish football system. Sessions are tailored by position where appropriate, or focused on core technical and decision-making skills including first touch, movement, scanning, and execution under pressure.

Real-time verbal feedback is provided throughout, giving players clear insight into academy standards, expectations, and how their performance is evaluated within a Spanish football environment.

Development Feedback

Club coaches observe players throughout the week using the same evaluation standards applied to their own teams. Players receive verbal and written feedback highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and how their game compares within Spanish football standards, giving clear direction for continued development.

Please note:

No competitive matches are played during the Player Immersion Program. Due to Spanish FICHA regulations, unregistered players are limited to training sessions and in-practice scrimmages only.

Participation is limited to two visiting players per age group, with no more than four international players training in any given week. This preserves session quality while allowing visiting players to fully participate, be observed, and receive meaningful coach feedback.

The program includes three team training sessions, two individual sessions, plus attendance at a youth academy match to experience real game pace and style.

Flights, accommodations, meals, and travel insurance are not included in the Player Immersion program.
