Program Overview

Teams are shaped by the opponents they face, the tempo they play at, and the environments they compete in. When those factors stay familiar, it’s hard to know how a team responds when the game speeds up in an international setting.

This program offers a different reference point.

Teams step into Spanish fútbol where the tempo, tactics, and pressure feel immediately different. Through a mini-tournament style schedule of matches paired with structured training and ongoing team and player feedback, teams gain clearer perspective on how they adapt, organize, and perform as a group beyond their home environment.

Structured Training & Competition

Teams are hosted in partnership with Primer Toque, one of the top fútbol clubs in the Valencia region. Primer Toque competes regularly against clubs from Valencia CF, CD Castellón, and Villarreal CF, providing a clear benchmark for level and intensity.

Teams play three matches in seven days or four in ten, competing in a tournament-style format against different fútbol clubs in full competitive rhythm.

Between matches, teams take part in structured training sessions supported by licensed Spanish coaches. Sessions can be run holistically as a team or positionally with forwards, midfielders, and defenders. English-speaking Spanish coaches work alongside the visiting coaching staff, sharing detail and perspective while allowing teams to maintain their own identity.

Downtime is built into the schedule, including rest periods, cultural time around the region, and the option to leave a day open for travel, recovery, or team bonding.

Travel & Logistics

The team program is fully coordinated from arrival to departure so players and coaches can focus entirely on fútbol. Airport transfers, accommodation, meals, training facilities, match venues, and local transportation throughout the week are all arranged in advance. The result is a structured, distraction-free environment built purely for performance.
