Ryan Henry is a Canadian coach and board member who gained a deep understanding of youth football by guiding his own sons through competitive environments in Canada, Costa Rica, and now Spain. With experience inside multiple systems and a sharp, analytic approach, he is committed to creating real development and exposure opportunities for young players who want to grow.

Jordi Masnou came through Barcelona’s RCD Espanyol system and broke into the First Division, playing 11 La Liga matches and scoring in the 1991–92 season. With pro experience at Sabadell, Levante, Castellón and Gimnàstic, and now a national-licensed coach developing youth at Primer Toque CF, he offers players true insight into elite Spanish football.

Valero Fraile, co founder of Primer Toque CF, holds a Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the University of Lleida, specializing in Football Performance and Sports Management. With over 25 years as a national licensed coach, fitness coach, head coach, and coordinator, he’s now deeply involved in the club’s management, leading its campus, tournament programs, and overall operations.
Assistant Coach & Game Analysis – Torrent CF, Valencia Spain
Antonio Floro, a former Canadian National Coach, is a respected Spanish coach who grew up inside the game, learning from his father Benito Floro, one of Spain’s most experienced managers with time at clubs including Real Madrid. Antonio went on to lead Canada’s U23 men’s national team and coach the Canadian squad at the Pan American Games, giving him a rare blend of European football roots and international coaching experience that benefits developing players.
Academics United – Director of Operations
Monica Piccininno, Director of Football Operations, is the engine behind Academies United. With 20 years in business and operations, she’s led major projects in Toronto and now applies that expertise to the operational and administrative side of youth soccer in both Canada and Spain. She loves the game but loves making things happen even more, ensuring every tour runs smoothly and every detail is handled so teams can focus on football.
